Bear Cubeta

Her name was Bear. She was a rottie chow mix who never met a person she did’t love. She was the alpha female. She was born in Abilene and was relocated to San Antonio when her human parents separated. She came to live with Paddy and Daisy, the Airedales. She loved chasing birds and squirrels and the occasional cat who dared enter the yard. She did not like anyone to swim and once even jumped in to drag me out. She was a friend, a watchdog and an individual.who could hear a candy wrapper crinkle from two rooms away. She lived 13 years and would still be here but for a serious fall she took while chasing people who were walking outside her fence. She was loved and is missed.
