Bruce Figueras

Bruce Figueras, also known as: Bruce, Brucito, our “Nene”. Bruce came to our lives after a tragedy in our family. He brought so much joy to the family. There were many time in which Bruce was the “grumpy” dog in the family. He would bark and bark at everyone and anyone. Bruce used to bark at uncle Eddie only by hearing his voice, those were fun times! During his doggie life, el Nene, traveled to Florida, Texas, visited a few Texas campsites to enjoy the outdoors. Bruce lost his mobilityearly on in his life due to arthritis but that did not stop his will to continue on with life. Bruce kept his beloved mom, Mildred, company during her most difficult times. Bruce was always there, her most loyal companion. They loved each other unconditionally. He gave her his heart and she gave him hers back forever. It is because of that special bond they shared that Bruce will always and forever be a very special member of our family. He will forever live in our hearts and memory. He will be missed! Brucito, my Nene, rest in peace…you are now free of pain and free to walk again. When our time comes, we hope to meet you again at the other side of the rainbow. We will forever love you!
