Charlie Sykes

My beautiful and loving Charlie was a very shy and nervous guy. We had a very private relationship, just him and I, our time together was way too short, but in this short time we established an incredible bond. I spent hours at the Animal Defense League before I found Charlie. It was a cold day in December and I had spent a lot of time at the indoor cattery, but on this day I decided to visit the outdoor cathouse. I sat on the concrete and began to pet all of the cats and there he was…. Mr. Charlie, a real gentlemen, he came over to me and sat on my lap and I hugged his little body. He had the warmest, sweetest big green eyes and that was the day he picked me to be his human guardian. I am grateful Charlie is no longer feeling any pain and he is free of fear and anxiety, and in peace with all of the other paws of my life. I will forever miss his goodness. I miss the kisses on his head that he loved so much and I especially miss kissing his cold little nose. I love you Charlie Char Char, my lap is cold and lonely without you. Charlie was born on 10/5/2009 and expired on 5/29/2013. Rest in Peace Baby….
