Coco “Daddy’s Little Girl” Downey

Our beloved ‘Sneagle’ (Schnauzer/Beagle) Coco passed away peacefully on 22 October 2022. Born 1 June 2008, Coco lived a long and carefree life. She loved her sisters Gabby (Cairn) and Heidi (GSD). She loved her toys.  She loved going on walks and embarrassing her Daddy with barks and tantrums. She loved going to the dog park and refused to go in the ‘little dog park’ if Daddy wasn’t there. 

Coco’s love of people food was notorious; she once stole burgers that were resting within her reach. She would stand under the dinner table, panting on your legs, waiting for a you to give her a treat.  She especially loved rides with Daddy and her sissy Heidi to Starbies to get pup-cups. 

Coco fiercely loved and protected her hooman daddy almost as much as she loved people food.  She would fight with her sister on who got to wait at the front door for Daddy when he left.  She spazzed out when he returned at the front door with wild barking and cries of pure joy. Coco’s epic ‘spazzed out hellos’ were also endured by most family members when they visited.  Coco’s love for her Daddy kept her connected to him at all times.  Where ever he went so did she; to the bathroom, to bed, outside and more.  

Coco was loved unconditionally by her entire hooman family.  She will be greatly missed and her memory is with us forever. Rest easy sweet little Daddy’s girl.
