Cool Hand Lerma

Cool was a big 6wk old puppy when I picked him out of a litter of 4 all black puppies, 2 girls and 2 boys. They were half lab half weimaraner. He was smaller than his brother but not by much. From day one Cool was ‘somethin’ else’ with his big personality. He LOVED food, the kitchen and comfortable places to lie. His schedule pretty much ran our house and neighborhood. For 14 years the neighborhood and Facebook LOVED Cool’s diva-ish attitude and antics. HE woke up the house up everyday at the exact same time, 4:45am. When he was younger he would get the paper every morning and walked 2-3 miles a day as he got older and up till the end he was walking about a mile a day. Cool was my big shadow, went every where he possibly could with me and took our bed over every night. He adored having his picture taken (even posed most of the time), hated to exercise and loved us all till end. Cool is survived by his parents Alex Perez & Sonya Lerma, human sibling Calvin Perez, and dog siblings Lexy and Yogi.
