How can we say goodbye to the piece of our heart that was surrounded by fur and a cold nose? Our fond memories of you, Graycie, will be eternally tucked into that empty space you left so hollow. You were always such a sweet little lady, with your calm nature and daintily crossed paws. When you and your sister came into our lives, you both brought us more joy than we could ever express. You wrapped your Daddy around your little paws and made sure you took center stage in his life. You stole his leather chair, his pillow space at night, his lap, and his heart … and he loved it. You’ll be forever remembered for your perky, expressive ears that popped up after every haircut and for your passion for fruit and veggies that was so adorable and like no other. When faced with health concerns, you never complained and you always handled your recovery like a true champion. You took us by surprise when you decided it was your time to go, but we were there at your side, holding you, as we watched your bravery and strength continue. Thank you, Graycie, for finding the path to our family and becoming such an important part of our lives. You and your love will live on forever in our hearts.
