On February 15th, 2009, a petite little kitty curled up in my coat at a New York City Humane Society and she was instantly mine. Since then we’ve been through 13 moves, multiple roommates, medical school, residency, life’s ups and downs… and she’s been my sidekick through it all. Marlie- it’s been an absolute joy being your mama and I will miss you terribly. See you on the other side, sweet girl.
