My beloved Merlin, it is hard to lose you after the 18 years you have been in my life. I still remember that first day you showed up in my life. You showed up like magic, sitting in front of my door when I was leaving for work. A little 2-month old ball of fur, you looked up at me and stood up and just walked into the house. You looked around then glanced back at me and made yourself at home. You are proof that God does bring joy into the lives of people when they need it most. The years we have spent together were filled with adversity, If not for the love you continually shared with me, I would not have made it through those many years in Saudi Arabia. You will be forever in my heart and never forgotten. I truly have been blessed having you in my life. I am even more blessed knowing that you will be waiting to greet me on the other side. Rest in peace, My Mer. I will miss you and always love you.
