Dearest Riggs,

On Monday February 3rd, 2014 the man upstairs decided it was your turn to visit that big dog park up in the sky. Words cannot explain what I am feeling right now. A part of me has went with you on this next journey of yours that I will never get back. From that first moment I picked you up in your crate at the airport, until you took your final breath and passed away in my arms, you were the best dog a guy could ask for. Looking back at these past 10 years, you have followed me from Illinois, to Germany, and finally Texas. Each step of the way you were there for me showing unconditional love and loyalty, which is something I will truly miss. To some you were just a dog, but to me you were so much more. I just want to say thank you for being my buddy, friend, and companion during the time we spent together. I love you Riggs. Rest in Peace buddy.
