Roc Rouge Tellez-Dunn
February 5, 2018 ~ July 1, 2026
Roc was a truly beautiful creature—dependable, sensitive, curious, and remarkably gentle. While we cherished all our years with him, the past three were particularly special. As our father’s dog, Rocky was exceptionally well-trained and remained a humble-hearted companion throughout his life.
He helped us navigate grief, anxiety, and the weight of the world. Coming home to his beautiful brown eyes and soft, floppy ears was always the best part of the day. He was the furry little brother I didn’t know I needed, and I am so grateful my father left him behind as a legacy to help us through this crazy thing we call life .
Rocky was quite the character, often escaping on adventures and breaking through the fence, yet his spirit was always nurturing. Much like Simba from The Lion King, he sought to intercept our pain and was constant with his love, whether greeting us at the door or quietly watching a football game. He was, quite simply, a good dog.
As we part ways, we find comfort in knowing how much he loved us. My husband said it perfectly: Rocky might have been just a chapter in our lives, but we were his whole book. We loved him dearly through his very last moments.
As we move forward, we will always feel his spirit—greeting us at the door or peeking through a cracked doorway. We will never forget his honey-colored eyes, his shiny black coat, or his sweet, gentle nature. He was a truly special soul who will be deeply missed. We will always have Beautiful memories of you and always love you thank you for loving us.
cheers up to the sky , heaven has a new guard dog .

I will miss you for my whole life my fur brother .
always when I come home from work when you’re waiting there for me or when I lay down to go to bed and you’re laying there beside me, I will miss you always when you look at me those brown honey eyes. I love you. Have fun in the sky.
