Rocco Villarreal
January 2, 2010 ~ January 5, 2021
Rocco crossed the rainbow bridge Tuesday, January 5th peacefully in the arms of his mom.
Born January 2, 2010 In Texas, he was the son of Anisa Mendiola. He is survived by his three brothers and one sister.
Rocco’s favorite activities were walking, eating, being stubborn and snoozing. Rocco loved anything life had to offer. He enjoyed trips to the beach, visits to Starbucks to get a puppachino, or simply chasing the deer along the fence line. Rocco enjoyed having his brothers by his side and gave his brother Gizmo daily grooming. He lived a great life.
More than anything Rocco loved his mom. He was always there to greet her when she walked through the door with love and the look on his face, “is it time to eat.” He was her constant companion. There through heartache, grief and joy. He greeted everyone with so much excitement.
Rocco lost his life after a tough bout of surgery for cancer. He spent his last days at home in his comfy place with his mom.
I will think of Rocco everytime I have Starbucks or have a snack he loved, anytime I find the water bowl empty or when going on a walk. I will carry him everywhere I go.
He will be forever missed, loved and remembered. He left behind, his unwavering love and stubbornness. In honor of my Rocco, I simply ask that you give all your pups some extra love in honor of Rocco.
