Sparky Dade

Sparky went on to heaven on August 23rd, 2021. He had been diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma on June 3rd, 2021.That news was so unexpected and devastating to me, yet he survived another 81 days. Most of those days were good days. His tail still wagged, he had good energy and appetite. His bark still loud and proud.

Sparky was an incredibly intelligent, energetic yet gentle soul. He loved to bark and chase, run and guard his yard, fetch and tug-o-war and take long walks. Sparky brought us all so much Joy.

Sparky leaves behind Grandpa (Derek) and Grandma (Sue), his children Dana (and Matt), Steven (and Jenn), his grandchildren Lexi and Kade, along with his furry friends, Miles, Shepard, Simba, Smeagol, Kovu and Binx.

I am missing my shadow, but I take some comfort knowing thathe is now restored to heath and vigor.

I look forward to seeing you again Sparky at the Rainbow Bridge. Until then “Boogity-Boogity-Boogity Spark!!!
